What is coaching and who it is for? Nearly everyone would benefit from coaching at some point in their careers or their lives. Change for Good provides both leadership and life coaching for:

Coaching provides support and guidance for individuals moving through a change process toward greater effectiveness and fulfillment. This is a collaborative approach, exploring opportunities and identifying resources to create a fulfilling future based on awareness, choice, and action. At Change for Good we tailor our approach to each individual and their specific goals. Our work is guided by the following principles:

  • Resourcefulness People are inherently resourceful and wise. This means that a coach’s role is to hold space and create opportunities for clients to tap into what they often already know.
  • Inclusivity We honor and support clients in the fullness of their life experience and encourage people we work with to do the same - to honor and integrate all parts of themselves – as truly doing so contributes to authentic leadership and personal alignment.
  • Choice While we often feel boxed in or confined, people in fact, have the freedom to choose how to respond to their environment as well as to specific situations. Coaching helps clients expand the way they view available options.
  • Possibility Much more is possible than many of us believe. Coaching supports making big dreams come true.
